A Professional approach to the Next Generation Game Art using Open source application

During the presentation I would like to emphasis on production modeling techniques and a proven work flow for creating 3d model assets and textures for next-generation games. Which will also covers the importance of optimization of meshes , how to maintain that through out the production process and how to prepare the game content for Blender Game engine and for other types of game engines. My presentation will be more over to practical approach and techniques which a game designer can apply to any other applications.
Sanu VamancheryManaMy Name is Sanu Vamanchery Mana, a 3D artist from India with over 10 years of experience in the field of Animation, Gaming and special effects and Professor of Multimedia in University of Nurtanio, Indonesia. Now doing the research in Making open source multimedia tools in the production. I have also used open source tools for Graphics in Advertisements and web applications.
As a Blender certified Trainer and member of the Blender Certification Review board I have been given many worksshops in European and Asian countries. Recently I have participated in TOSMI project in Bulgaria.
I have worked for gaming projects like, Golden eye 007 (Electronic Arts ) , Neopet (Sony Entertainment), World Series of Poker(Sony Entertainment) Etc. and I was also involved in the oscar nominated feature film The legend of Buddha and Short movie "Tales of JackFrost" which nominated for BAFTA.
