Teams from outside of Canada are subject to an additional $150 Cdn. fee for tournaments. All Canadian teams from outside of BC are subject to an additional $50 Cdn. fee.

Payment is due upon tournament acceptance

Tournament cancellation policy: If any team that has been accepted/paid and then wishes to cancel, they will not receive the entry fee back unless a replacement team can be found. There will be a $100 admin. Fee. If any team wishes to cancel within 28 days of the tournament, they will not receive any refund. If a replacement team can be found, the team will receive 50% of their entry fee returned minus a $100 admin fee.
